About The Position

Clear Channel Outdoor (CCO) has developed an industry-leading platform (RADAR) that provides data-driven audience insights and measurement for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Program Specialist to join the RADAR Data Products team. This is a fast-paced role where the work happens quickly and no two days look the same. The right candidate thrives under pressure and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details. You should be equally comfortable digging into the data as you are communicating to a spectrum of technical and non-technical audiences as you help translate client advertising objectives into actionable data solutions that support the end-to-end delivery of RADAR capabilities across a wide portfolio of accounts and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years working in ad tech, mar tech, data or digital advertising.
  • Have worked in a large corporate organization and had success in growing product usage and revenue through evangelization in-market.
  • Understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, (i.e., Real-time bidding, Demand and Supply-side platforms & Data Management Platforms).
  • Experience with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Microsoft PowerBI, Mode, Tableau or similar BI tools).
  • Experience leading and executing attribution studies and data programs for advertiser’s campaigns and working with and managing relationships with third party research companies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where priorities shift, new capabilities emerge, and no two client engagements look the same. You adjust your approach fluidly across different accounts, stakeholders, and workstreams without losing momentum or attention to detail.
  • Attention to Detail: You bring precision and rigor to everything you do and are always on the hunt to catch any issues before they reach the client.
  • Business Perspective: You use an understanding of business issues, processes, and outcomes to enhance business performance.
  • Collaborating with Others: You know how to work with almost anyone, whether it’s a cross-functional team like Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Research or your own team. Strong communication and goal setting are important to how you work with your team.
  • Customer First: You center every interaction and deliverable around our client's experience. From pre-sales discovery all the way to post-campaign delivery, you consistently ask what success looks like for the client and work to get them there.
  • Data Literacy: You are comfortable working with audience data, campaign metrics, and measurement outputs, and you are equally capable of translating those findings into clear insights and action items for both technical and non-technical audiences. You use data to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform recommendations across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Dealing with Ambiguity: You can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the media landscape (including OOH, search, display, video, connected TV, social), advertising trends, and RADAR Data Platform capabilities (including its user interfaces, data architecture, and measurement methodologies) to better contextualize RADAR’s capabilities for clients and internal teams.
  • Lead the complete life cycle of RADAR campaigns to ensure our clients have a strong overall experience with both CCO and RADAR – including, but not limited to, client meetings, submission intake, setup and quality assurance, monitoring and optimization, and reporting and delivery.
  • Support discovery sessions and pre-sales meetings with clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product), helping to document advertising objectives and identify relevant RADAR data solutions.

  • Perform quality assurance checks on data deliverables and campaign outputs, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Produce custom analyses, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders as needed, capturing key product analytics data points that align with the team’s goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaigns and project activity to ensure visibility across the full team in platforms like Jira and Confluence.
  • Support vendor relationship management by developing familiarity with partner capabilities and operational workflows.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Research, helping to surface insights that inform capability improvements and drive adoption.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation, training materials, demo assets, and other reusable resources that support team effectiveness.
  • Manage assigned project workstreams with attention to detail and follow-through, balancing day-to-day campaign priorities in tandem.
