About The Position

As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will manage scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You'll build a strong team, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture. You will report directly to our Sr Program Controls Manager and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on a Hybrid work schedule. You will partner with the Integrated program team to develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation and will interact with global program management Team, Business leaders and customers. You will coach and mentor Program Specialists with less experience to improve their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Ability to build a strong team, drive retention, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Experience partnering with integrated program teams to develop program plans.
• Experience creating cost and schedule baselines for large complex programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to recommend improvement actions for process and tool implementation.
• Experience interacting with global program management teams, business leaders, and customers.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior program specialists.
