About The Position

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is seeking a Program Specialist II (Project Manager II) to support the execution of Building Automation Controls, Fire Alarm, Security, and integrated systems installations. This role requires leveraging previous construction, project coordination, or engineering experience to coordinate project activities, support customer relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The work will take place in commercial environments (high-rise buildings, airports, corporate campuses) and institutional environments (schools, hospitals) for both new construction and retrofit projects. Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a strategic business unit within Home and Building Technologies (HBT), specializing in installing and maintaining systems that enhance building safety, security, comfort, and energy efficiency. HBS is a global leader in energy efficiency solutions, focusing on critical building systems like mechanical, lighting, building envelope, solar, and energy management upgrades. As a Program Specialist II (Project Manager II) – Building Technology, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of building technology projects. This includes assisting with project schedules, financial tracking, resource coordination, customer communication, and project documentation, working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams. The role reports directly to the Program Manager and is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a hybrid work schedule.
