This position requires Final Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Program/SIPR Security Representative responsibilities include: - Performs individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DoW Programs. - Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in the DoD M 5200.01 as well as DoD 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule). - Classified document control, security education, briefings and debriefings, personnel security management, and other tasks as required. - Conducts security investigations, security integrator for service providers, and visitor control. - Maintains the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program. - Creates presentations and training, writes/develops/implements procedures, and provides excellent customer service. - Traditional Program Security System Technical - Implementation Guides (STIGs) maintenance Documentation creation and maintenance - Compliance documents, training plans, security awareness plans, operations security plan, and emergency action plans. - Personnel Security Management of SIPR user’s clearances and training. - Management of access briefings, closed areas training, and SIPRNet access training. - Inspection Support (self and customer driven inspections) - Physical security support (alarms, underwriters laboratories (ULs), inspections in coordination with Physical Security reps) - Security Incident and Adverse Reporting Procedures The candidate must be a self-driven and detailed-oriented individual capable of effectively supporting and working on multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
