About The Position

System High Corporation is seeking a Program Security Representative II to provide multidisciplinary security support for one or more customer Special Access Programs (SAPs). The role provides day-to-day security analysis and support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and SAP activities, helping protect critical missions, programs, operations, and intelligence activities. The representative supports security policy development and implementation, assesses security procedures, identifies vulnerabilities and risks, and assists with Operations Security training and oversight. The position also conducts facility compliance reviews, tracks corrective actions, briefs personnel on security topics, and helps investigate losses or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information. The position is located in Chantilly, Virginia, and requires a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, eligibility for access to SAP information, and willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph. Requirements

Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Eligibility for access to Special Access Program information.

8–10 years of related experience; Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward 3 years and Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts toward 5 years. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is no more than 5 years.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years).

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to the NISPOM and its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy.
Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of U.S. military operations.
Provide day-to-day security support, continuously assess procedures for shortfalls, and recommend improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems.
Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities.
Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security program.
Assist with contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight.
Brief government and senior civilian personnel at all levels on security-related topics.
Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs.
Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
Notify program technical and management staff of pertinent security matters in a timely manner.
Explore losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments.
Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness curriculum.
