About The Position

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is continually partnering with organizations across defense, energy, federal, and aerospace industries. We are seeking experienced Program Schedulers and Project Controls professionals who are interested in future opportunities supporting complex, mission-critical programs. Positions may be remote, hybrid, or fully on-site depending on client and program requirements. Travel expectations vary by engagement.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
• Understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
• Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
• Ability to work independently

• Primavera P
• Open Plan Professional
• Acumen Fuse
• Deltek Cobra
• DOE, DoD, NNSA, Federal, or National Laboratory environments
• Active or previous security clearance

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
• Supporting engineering, technical, government, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital projects
• Communicating and engaging with stakeholders
• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
