Program Reporting & Analytics Analyst

MARYLAND ENERGY ADVISORSNewark, NJ
$70,000 - $80,000Remote

About The Position

Maryland Energy Advisors (MDEA) is a rapidly growing energy management and consulting firm supporting utilities, businesses, commercial property owners, manufacturers, restaurants, and institutional customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond. Our work helps utility customers reduce energy consumption, lower operating costs, and improve sustainability outcomes through innovative energy efficiency programs. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Program Reporting & Analytics Analyst to help build the reporting infrastructure and business intelligence capabilities that support successful program delivery. This is not a traditional data analyst role focused solely on producing reports. We are looking for someone who can build and maintain the reporting ecosystem that allows program leaders to understand performance, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with Program Managers, Operations Managers, and Engagement Managers to consolidate information from multiple systems, create meaningful dashboards and scorecards, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that improve program performance. The ideal candidate enjoys solving business problems through data, is comfortable working with multiple data sources, and has a natural curiosity about what the numbers are telling the business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and become a trusted analytical partner to program leadership.
