About The Position

Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking a Program Quality Engineer Manager for a position based in Moorestown, NJ. The Quality professional will be responsible for leading the S4R programs quality team, shape and execute the quality strategy, satisfy requirements of internal and external stakeholders, and provide functional support for mission success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelors degree in STEM or higher or equivalent combined experience/education
  • Full-Spectrum Leadership Experience
  • Quality experience or related/ equivalent experience in a production environment
  • Demonstrated ability of partnering abilities, working with cross-functional teams and external customers
  • Knowledge of Quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, data analysis, and root cause skills
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Working knowledge of MES tools

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full implementation of the programs' Quality Plan and lead a cross‑functional QA team (Hardware, Systems & Software, Supplier, and Production Operations) to meet industry standards, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for S4R Quality Assurance, communicating and flowing‑down requirements to both internal teams and the external supply base.
  • Manage the quality‑related financial scope and ensure adequate Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Auditor resources for surveillance activities and upcoming deliverables.
  • Analyze performance data (manufacturing and engineering metrics), identify trends and recurring issues, drive root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and escalate major concerns to senior leadership.
  • Liaise with MDA, DCMA, functional leadership, and program IPTs on compliance matters, joint events, and process changes, while providing regular updates on quality activities and achievements to support the program’s business rhythm.
