Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis, corrective action tools, and quality systems (ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar).
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated quality representative for identified customers, maintaining strong communication channels and responding promptly to customer inquiries, audits, and quality concerns.
  • Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements, specifications, and flow-downs.
  • Lead customer issue investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action development, and formal response management.
  • Monitor program performance metrics such as yield, defects, escapes, and process capability, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Lead and participate in internal and customer-driven audits, preparing documentation, coordinating actions, and driving closure of findings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure quality considerations are integrated throughout development, manufacturing, and delivery phases.
