ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager III to oversee day‑to‑day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination. Requirements
- 15+ years of project/program management experience.
- Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities
- Serves as senior project/program leader supporting a U.S. Navy customer, overseeing complex technical and programmatic activities.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams.
- Oversee program strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Conduct senior‑level briefings and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage program risk, cost, and performance.
