About The Position

The Global Products Group is dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam’s etch and deposition products. They drive innovation to ensure their cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for the Deposition Group. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MES systems and proficient in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word
  • 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

  • Experience developing and implementing new systems for workflow optimization
  • Project Management experience (ability to track projects and prioritize tasks)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and implements a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated systems information
  • Evaluates customer support and engineering commitments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Serves as liaison between global logistics, engineering, supply chain and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures
  • Observe consumption patterns and analyze data trends. Tracking metrics to align with existing SLAs for various business partners
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
