About The Position

As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
10+ years of related experience in project management or program management
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant project management certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

Lead High visibility cross functional problem solving initiatives.
Drive root cause analysis & corrective actions for complex problems
Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma with proficiency in applying Quality tools for problem solving
Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.
Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools.
Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
