Program/Project Management Senior Analyst

Salesforce•Indianapolis, IN

About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual contributor to support priority programs and recurring business deliverables for the CSM/CRM Center of Excellence. The role coordinates workstreams, tracks progress, prepares clear materials, and works with partner teams to improve the experience for employees and customers. It reports to the Senior Director, Programs & Governance, and is suited to someone with senior-analyst-level program coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who wants to grow their experience. Initial priorities include coordinating the Signature trial program by maintaining plans and trackers, organizing stakeholder meetings and follow-ups, tracking activities and milestones, collecting updates and feedback, and preparing status reports. The role also supports development and coordination of the release readiness overview deck by gathering inputs, maintaining timelines and version control, synthesizing content, following up on contributions, and assisting with reviews and publication. The position supports program orchestration and execution rather than independently setting overall strategy. Additional projects, reporting, operational coordination, and special assignments may be undertaken as team needs evolve.
