The CSM/CRM Center of Excellence team supports the Customer Success Management/Customer Risk Management organization by coordinating key initiatives, maintaining operational rigor, and partnering across teams to improve employee and customer experiences. Partners include Offer Management, Cloud Success, the Customer Success COO organization, and Sales Strategy. Salesforce is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual contributor to support priority programs and recurring business deliverables. Reporting to the Senior Director, Programs & Governance, this hands-on role involves organizing workstreams, tracking progress, developing clear materials, and coordinating with partners. It is suited to someone with senior-analyst-level program coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who wants to grow their experience. Initial priorities include coordinating the Signature trial program by maintaining plans and trackers, organizing stakeholder meetings and follow-ups, tracking activities and milestones, collecting updates and feedback, and preparing status reports. The role also supports the release readiness overview by gathering team inputs, maintaining timelines and version control, organizing content into slides, following up on contributions, and assisting with review and publication. The role supports program orchestration and execution rather than independently setting overall strategy. Additional projects, reporting, operational coordination, and special assignments may be taken on as team needs evolve.
