We are seeking a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 3 or 4, to be located in our Linthicum, MD location. The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 3 or 4 will report to the Business Management Scheduling Manager and will perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis for multiple programs and contracts. In this role, the incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership and will interface with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
  • Level 4: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience in program/project planning and scheduling.
  • Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) scheduling software (i.e., MS Project, Open Plan, PS3, Primavera P6, Kidasa Milestones Professional, Deltek and SSI Tools).
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Full understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and ability to implement on programs with varying contract types.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
  • Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to: DECM Metrics, IPMDAR DI-MGMT-81861C, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis.
  • Provides weekly status and reporting.
  • Conducts Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
