About The Position

You will be the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®‑Level 3 for the Skunk Works® Integrated Planning Team which is responsible for delivering precise program‑planning solutions that keep critical aerospace programs on‑track. As the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®‑Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the planning effort, developing and maintaining integrated schedules, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure mission success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
  • Experience delivering project briefings to customers
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration management skills
  • 3+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
  • Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience as a planning team leader and/or contract planner
  • Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
  • Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
  • Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
  • Demonstrated team building skills
  • Demonstrated influencing and relationship

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine integrated program schedules that reflect design, development, and sustainment phases.
  • Analyze task sequences, apply critical‑path methodology, and produce monthly variance analyses to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business‑management, production, and quality teams to align milestones, resources, and delivery commitments.
  • Support Earned Value Management by providing accurate schedule data for performance reporting and baseline change control.
  • Identify gaps in planning processes and lead remediation actions that improve schedule reliability and predictability.
