About The Position

You will be the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®‑Level 3 for the Skunk Works® Integrated Planning Team which is responsible for delivering precise program‑planning solutions that keep critical aerospace programs on‑track. As the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Integrated Planning, Skunk Works®‑Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the planning effort, developing and maintaining integrated schedules, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure mission success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
Experience delivering project briefings to customers
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration management skills
3+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
Active Secret Security Clearance
Experience as a planning team leader and/or contract planner
Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
Demonstrated team building skills
Demonstrated influencing and relationship

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and continuously refine integrated program schedules that reflect design, development, and sustainment phases.
Analyze task sequences, apply critical‑path methodology, and produce monthly variance analyses to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business‑management, production, and quality teams to align milestones, resources, and delivery commitments.
Support Earned Value Management by providing accurate schedule data for performance reporting and baseline change control.
Identify gaps in planning processes and lead remediation actions that improve schedule reliability and predictability.
