About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Program Performance Analyst to join their team on the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. This program focuses on IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize networks, applications, and databases supporting global consular services. The Program Performance Analyst will be responsible for the consistent and timely delivery of contract-related documents and presentations, collaborating with technical teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure accuracy and summarize program performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience OR an Associate’s degree and 7 years of experience OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent and 9 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET Government Security Clearance.
  • 5 years of experience developing and maintaining documents showcasing the performance of a system, team, or program.
  • 5 years of experience working with the Microsoft tools suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with SharePoint (Lists, webparts, and folders).
  • Experience working with technical teams to gather requirements for reports and dashboards.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Clear and effective communicator.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification (or higher).
  • One or more years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to analyze data from dashboards and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for performance reporting and effective presentations.
  • Experience presenting performance metrics and analysis to program leadership or government customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and operational support to line management in areas such as finance, proposals, pricing, contracting, and human resources.
  • Supports program delivery and execution to achieve program goals.
  • Coordinates service/product deliveries, daily delivery activities, domestic and export/import documentation, service and product invoicing, and warranty status.
  • Reviews and submits travel approval requests and post-travel reports, and reviews and approves travel expense reports.
  • Manages contractual deliverables, including tracking and reporting due dates, validating content with SMEs, and leading Work Product Reviews (WPR).
  • Coordinates internal and external reporting activities for the Contract Status Report, award fee self-assessment, and Program Management Report, gathering and reviewing content with program leadership and SMEs.
  • Gathers and maintains positive feedback (kudos) shared about the program and team members.
  • Supports the CAEIO Risk Management program by creating, updating, and managing program risks and issues in Jira, and facilitating monthly Risk Management meetings.
  • Supports ongoing deliverables, activities, or additional tasks as needed by senior leadership.
  • Collaborates with teams across the program to gather and document performance improvements and achievements.
