Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures.
Experience with RF Components, RF Subassemblies, and RF Subsystems.
Earned Value Certification with Control/Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, PRISM/CMES.

Responsibilities

Own and Lead the operations process (i.e., Operations support for development contracts, Risk/Opportunity Management, MRP Health, hardware tracking/status, factory support, contract close-out within the Electronic Warfare portfolio
Drive accountability for operations cost, schedule, and quality
Manage the coordination and execution of program schedules with Program Management, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Engineering, and other functional areas to support on-time delivery (OTD) and first-time quality
Develop and execute Manufacturing Plans that align business/customer needs with our factories’ capabilities.
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives for both recurring efforts and new business opportunities
Manage, develop, and lead operations proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that align with program strategies.
Interfaces with customers to understand needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
Coordinate & develop operations requirements for gate reviews & execute proposed strategies from early gate reviews for effective implementation in future production.
Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs.
