The C4ISR Systems Division at the Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) delivers mission-critical solutions in cyber operations, information architecture, strategic deterrence, and ISR. We specialize in modular open architecture designs that integrate multiple data sources, enable tactical network communication, and deliver outputs to diverse user interfaces. SDL is also a leader in advanced embedded and hardware-accelerated computing, collaborating with Government partners to develop high-performance, secure digital systems. These efforts include FPGA-based processing, real-time data handling, and hardware/software co-designing to support mission success. We are seeking an Operations and Scheduling Support Specialist to support a large, multi-disciplinary program executing on Hill Air Force Base. The selected candidate will provide critical operational infrastructure for a ~70-person team (48 FTE) working across multiple concurrent subprojects in support of mission-critical objectives. In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a force multiplier by centralizing integrated schedule management, workflow administration, and coordination activities. You will work closely with program managers, technical leads, and project engineers to improve schedule integrity, enhance workflow visibility, and ensure alignment across program execution efforts. The selected candidate will play a key role in reducing administrative burden on technical staff while improving overall program efficiency and risk identification.
