About The Position

Robin Hood is the largest poverty-fighting organization in New York City, partnering with top nonprofits to provide essential services and invest in innovative solutions. Blue Ridge Labs (BRL) is Robin Hood's venture studio and innovation lab, launching and investing in technology ventures focused on fighting poverty. BRL runs three programs: the Fellowship (a venture studio co-creation process), Catalyst (an accelerator for early-stage tech innovators), and the Follow-On Fund (investing in alumni). The Design Insight Group (DIG) is a community of over 5,000 low-income New Yorkers who work with program participants to develop solutions. The Operations Associate will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for BRL's programs, ensuring the smooth delivery of the Fellowship and Catalyst programs, and potentially supporting DIG activities.
