Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Federal Program Operations Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program execution across logistics and financial operations for Oracle Health programs under the VA EHRM contract. The role ensures alignment across Task Orders, project numbers, invoicing, and subcontractor financials, while maintaining visibility into shipment activities, invoice status, and program performance. This position drives data-informed decision-making through reporting, continuous monitoring, and process improvement, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations, compliance, program management, financial management and be comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—both internal stakeholders and client partners—so familiarity with federal contracting, financial management, logistics, risk management, and program management best practices is essential. Requirements

Solid understanding of federal contracting rules and regulations, compliance, program management, financial management
Comfortable operating within a highly regulated environment.
Familiarity with federal contracting, financial management, logistics, risk management, and program management best practices is essential.
