World Relief seeks a Program of Initial Resettlement (PIR) Supervisor who will provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the Program of Initial Resettlement, ensuring high-quality, client-centered services for refugees and other eligible populations during their first 90 days in the United States. This position supervises and supports a team of resettlement staff, ensures compliance with federal and organizational policies, monitors program performance, and fosters strong partnerships with community stakeholders. The PIR Supervisor is responsible for guiding staff in delivering comprehensive case management, coordinating reception and placement services, resolving complex client situations, and promoting timely progress toward client self-sufficiency. This role is based out of the Austin office. This is a hybrid role- 3 days a week in office; 2 work from home.
