This position is for the Manager of the Global Supply Chain team supporting the F-35 Support Equipment portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing supply chain professionals responsible for the successful capture, planning, and execution of Support Equipment requirements supporting the F-35 program. You will provide leadership and oversight for procurement and subcontract activities, proposal and capture efforts, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and program execution. Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and supplier partners, you will help ensure affordability, schedule performance, quality, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, employee development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while supporting both current and future business objectives. The Global Supply Chain organization is a strategic partner responsible for delivering innovative supply chain solutions that enable mission success across Lockheed Martin's portfolio.
