Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree Required
5 years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree Required
3 years of progressively responsible and relevant experience required with a Master’s degree Required

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows Preferred
Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting Preferred

Responsibilities

Proactively leading the implementation and ensuring quality of virtual health services at Piedmont Healthcare.
Managing the overall planning, coordination, and implementation of current and future technologies that enable virtual care in clinical areas: video conferencing visits, telecommunication visits, asynchronous visits, remote patient monitoring, and other care platforms where patients and clinicians are located in different settings.
Creating project budgets, project plans, presentations, identifying key deliverables and resource requirements, developing implementation plans, launching, and monitoring performance metrics.
Monitoring the quality and financial success of implemented programs.
Actively managing efforts with teams from other departments both within Piedmont Healthcare as well as with referring physicians and community partners.
