About The Position
The Pavillion Behavioral Health, Located in Champaign, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Director of Plant Operations to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility. The Program Manager provides the leadership and strategic planning for the facility, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes of budgetary control, management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, intake and assessment activities, utilization review, regulatory and compliance issues and business development coordination.
Requirements
- Master's Degree is required
- A working knowledge of behavioral health management practices and clinical operations.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience
- Clinical license (LSW,LCSW,LCPC,AMFT,LMFT,PMH-NP)
Responsibilities
