About The Position

In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to be part of a franchise production program leadership team delivering world class precision strike products to the warfighter. You will be an advocate for your team and help lead them to successful customer and business outcomes. You, as the Program Manager, will be a key interface for production IPT communication and a trusted partner for our product area. Reporting to the Aviation Weapons Production Director in Hudson, NH, you will have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills to achieve our vision and, in turn, we will help you advance your career. Requirements

  • US Citizen and ability to achieve Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree in a technical or business related discipline
  • 8+ years Defense industry experience
  • Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams
  • A desire to learn and an aptitude for working in a fast paced environment
  • Project management or program office experience or experience leading a team

  • PMP Certification
