We provide psychiatric treatment for depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, phobia and more. Position Summary:The Program Mgr- Adolescents is responsible for the administrative / clinical supervision of clinical programs on the Adolescent Residential Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients. The Program Mgr- Adolescents will provide program development, coordination and implementation of services to ensure the highest quality of patient care. This role will be responsible for the education/training of Mental Health Technicians on the implementation of therapeutic techniques to enhance milieu management and the reduction of maladaptive behaviors, as well as ongoing support of clinicians. Program Mgr- Adolescents will be responsible for procuring information from patients, community, and community liaison team, designing, implementing and managing quality of services to patients.

Requirements

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Three to five years in related work experience

Nice To Haves

A current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC.

Responsibilities

Administrative / clinical supervision of clinical programs on the Adolescent Residential Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to patients.
