Join the Office of Intellectual & Developmental Disability Supports (OIDD) as the Quality and Regional Operations Director and help shape the future of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Louisiana. This executive-level leadership role drives statewide quality improvement, regional operations, training, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. We’re seeking a strategic, collaborative leader ready to strengthen accountability, improve service delivery, and make a meaningful statewide impact for individuals and families. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with proven experience leading and/or implementing large-scaled healthcare quality initiatives, managing multiple programs, and overseeing regulatory compliance, operations management, and performance improvement. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with a commitment to advancing high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
