About The Position

Strategic Operations Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Program Manager (PM), serving a military customer. The PM oversees all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The PM acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution and manages resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. The PM leads the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Transition Plans while ensuring timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. This position coordinates with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks and conducts regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A total of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in a project management role may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage contracts involving IT support, helpdesk operations, and web development.
  • Familiarity with Army and DoD policies, including cybersecurity and information assurance requirements.
