About The Position

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives that advance critical business objectives across governance, operations, and technology.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of project or program management experience, including responsibility for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Strong influencing skills to drive alignment, accountability, and adoption across stakeholders
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accountability for program outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Experience managing scope, requirements, dependencies, change requests, and competing priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification

Nice To Haves

Experience in government contracting or regulated environments.
Demonstrated experience managing and supporting cross-functional initiatives spanning governance and compliance, technology, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and initiatives from initiation through implementation and closeout.
Translate strategic business objectives into executable program plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, resource requirements, and key milestones.
Identify, assess, monitor, and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and POA&Ms through resolution.
Coordinate activities across business, operational, technical, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
Define and manage program scope, objectives, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
Monitor program performance against schedule, budget, scope, quality, and business objectives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, steering committees, and executive-level program reviews.
Provide clear, concise program status reporting, including accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and required actions.
Proactively identify barriers to delivery and drive decisions, mitigation strategies, and corrective actions.
Manage program changes and evaluate impacts to scope, schedule, resources, cost, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support implementation, operational readiness, change management, and successful transition to ongoing operations.
