About The Position

This role is for a Program Manager focused on the STAIRS Modernization project. The position requires extensive experience in managing large-scale enterprise implementations and specifically in modernizing legacy systems within a government context.

Requirements

Required project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
Required State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience
Required project management / systems analyst experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects

Nice To Haves

State of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience
Experience with low code/no code solution
Experience with Texas statewide systems
Knowledge of State of Texas QAT process for major Information Resources project (MIRP)
