About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to support the execution of Client projects within our SAP Analytics Cloud program. This program involves deploying reports and models for Client’s ERP analytics functions and integrations with the ERP ecosystem. The role requires substantial experience in IT project management, analytics, and ERP technologies. The IT Program Manager will ensure seamless project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, IT budgets, and resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role supports the design and delivery of scalable, sustainable enterprise portfolio, program, and project management (EPPM) business capabilities and all Client/Canals’ project delivery functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility with IT project and program management, especially successfully coordinating various IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics and financial modeling concepts desired.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Understand the software development life cycle and experienced in IT project management methodologies (hybrid, Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong and tested program management skills including conflict resolution, risk mitigation, facilitation, creation and presentation of data (updates, status, etc), vendor management.
• Ability to promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment with project team members, co-workers, management, and vendors by behaving, collaborating, and communicating in a manner consistent with professional standards.
• Ability to handle broad-based, often complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills, SharePoint, M365 tools.

• Experience with SAP SAC advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects within the program, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives and strategic goals.
• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of programs and projects in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Engage with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design optimal solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage/coordinate the RFP process, including issuing bids, evaluating proposals, and selecting the most suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to build, test, and implement project deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Oversee and manage IT project budgets, ensuring they align with program requirements.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget constraints.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
