Program Manager
About The Position
Fusion Technology is seeking a Security-cleared Professional to serve as a Program Manager. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating complex IT projects and program initiatives, developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. The Program Manager will monitor risks, issues, and overall contract and project performance, facilitate executive meetings, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and conduct cross-team briefings. This position will provide valuable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations to leadership, ensuring that projects meet established goals, deadlines, and organizational standards. Additionally, the Program Manager will contribute to the strategic vision of the organization by aligning project objectives with broader business goals and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of related experience
- Experience in project and program management, demonstrating a strong understanding of project methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strategic mindset and the ability to envision and implement long-term goals
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification from an accredited institution
