About The Position

Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics. Assist in the overall operations of the Student Enrichment and Activities and the Student Enrichment Center. Coordinate and plan center activities, conversation series, trainings, programs, events, conferences, and institutes as part of Student Enrichment and Activities. Leading the coordination and management of the Student Enrichment Center space to include the proper operations of office space and center to include safety protocols, creation of policies and procedures, report incidents and work orders, compliance with university, state, and federal policies. Hire, train, lead, and supervise a team of student staff for the Student Enrichment Center and Raider Education. Lead, develop, coordinate, assess, and facilitate Raider Education presentations, workshops, trainings, dialogues, and other educational modalities to expand leadership and student success initiatives for students, faculty, staff, and community individuals and organizations. Oversee the marketing and communications the Student Enrichment Center. Create a welcoming environment in the Student Enrichment Center for all students while increasing the usage of office services and space by student organizations and on-campus entities. Serve on university-wide planning committees representing the Student Enrichment Center and Student Life as needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects
  • Additional job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
