About The Position

We are seeking a Program Manager w/Top Secret Clearance. This role is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. The Program Manager takes projects from original concept through final implementation, interfacing with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services. This includes defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. The role also involves conducting project meetings, tracking and analyzing project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reviewing project deliverables. The Program Manager will manage the integration of vendor tasks, track and review vendor deliverables, and provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, recommending and taking action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Requirements

8 years as senior-level PM or technical lead on a major program or activity.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Network Administration or related technical field with a minimum of 5yrs of experience
U.S. Citizen
Top Secret / SCI eligible

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
Advanced Management or Executive Development training or PMP.
