The Program Manager will oversee and supervise House Managers in assigned houses, providing ongoing training and support to House Managers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role involves regular communication with HR regarding staff issues and open shifts, participation in administrative meetings, and assisting in disciplinary actions with guidance from the Program Director. The Program Manager is responsible for completing payroll by the designated deadline, monitoring time punches and overtime, and overseeing individual transitions with the transition team. They will ensure all PCISP's are current and in the home, and that staff are up-to-date with individual and BC trainings. The role requires responding to emails within 24-48 business days, following up on incident reports, and participating in quarterly and annual meetings for persons served. The Program Manager will conduct monthly House Meetings, complete annual performance reviews, and be responsible for on-call duties as needed. Collaboration with other departments is essential to maintain AID expectations and state guidelines. Regular audits of various systems (Therap, EVV, Relias, Paycom, paperwork, home condition, individual status) will be conducted. The role also includes uploading hard copies to the drive by the deadline and performing other duties as assigned. The Program Manager must be able to work in the houses when needed, lift at least 50 lbs, and demonstrate the AID culture, values, and mission statement.
