About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our upcoming proposal effort for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) contract in Tampa, FL.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in any Business-related field OR any bachelor's degree and additional 5 years in DoD organizations, as military or government civilian OR similarly situated government OR commercial organization.
• Minimum fifteen (15) Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, IT, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING: Minimum five (5) years Program/Project Management experience
• Certified as Program/Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III PM certifiicaton or additional 5 years' (total of 10 years) Program/Project Management experience on a DoD contract.
• DAU Lifecycle Logistics Level I certified
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of all government requirements as specified within the performance work statement and as applicable to audit requirements
• Review tasks to ensure they are within the scope of the contract
• Distribute all work assigned to the Contractor team via the contractor Technical Team Management Support
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance of the task(s)
• Ensure the training of all contractor personnel
• Review weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs)
• Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) for all contractor personnel
• Provide Status Reports on property management transactions, deliverables and other tasks as outlined in the performance work statement
• Other Duties as assigned
