We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead critical technology initiatives supporting the Tolling Division. This role is responsible for overseeing complex application development and operational programs, ensuring successful delivery across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and driving strategic technology outcomes that support EZPass and tolling-related services. This role drives successful execution of technology initiatives, ensures alignment with Tolling Division strategy, and collaborates with stakeholders across business and technical functions to deliver value throughout the program lifecycle. The Program Manager will oversee program execution, resource planning, risk management, procurement activities, application lifecycle management, and continuous improvement efforts while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to balance competing priorities involving scope, schedule, quality, and cost.
