About The Position

At Bank of America, the Program Manager manages a portfolio of projects that enhance finance systems and solutions across the business while complying with applicable policies. Projects may involve technology and people-process changes and automation using emerging technology. The role oversees day-to-day project activities and actively participates in reviewing and delivering project work, including project planning, business analysis, testing, and business operational readiness.

The position works closely with partners and user communities throughout project phases, collaborates with leadership and lines of business on strategic direction, and assists in developing solution strategies. It requires subject matter knowledge of financial solutions and processes within scope, adherence to the Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Controls, and an understanding of finance, accounting, technology, and project management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, change management, finance, technology, or a related business function.
• Experience managing projects and driving deliverables through planning, execution, testing, and implementation.
• Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives involving technology, processes, or automation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand business needs and translate them into solutions.
• Experience managing and influencing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Experience using business analytics to evaluate information and support business decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate project updates, recommendations, and outcomes.
• Understanding of finance, accounting, technology, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Controls Requirements.
• Drive project work that may involve technology and people-process changes or automation using emerging technology.
