About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for promoting a sense of belonging within the platform team, ensuring accountability, and managing project specifications, resources, and plans. This role involves coordinating cost estimations, monitoring project progress against targets (timing, cost, quality), and managing customer updates to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Program Manager oversees the assessment and introduction of project changes, including feasibility analysis and implementation monitoring, and ensures compliance with company procedures like Stargate.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a sense of belonging in the platform team members and keeps each member accountable for their own responsibility area.
• Ensures availability of the project specifications within the platform team.
• Guarantees the visibility of the resources (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) requested by the current and future projects, targeting the relevant optimization.
• Ensures the definition, updating, and progressive optimization of the project plan.
• Coordinates the Platform Team in elaborating all the costs necessary to prepare the EFP.
• Monitors all progresses coherently with the project targets (timing, cost and quality) ensuring identification of action plan and/or escalations in case of variancies.
• Regularly updates the customer concerning the project status ensuring its satisfaction.
• Monitors the assessment and introduction of changes to the project (feasibility analysis, cost estimate, planning and monitoring of implementation activities) before and after SOP.
• Ensures the project compliance to the relevant Company procedure (Stargate).
