Requirements

Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant work experience in the DoW at OSD or Joint Staff level, project/program management, technology development or systems engineering
Excellent organizations skills; ability to plan, track, and maintain due dates for multiple projects and products central to the organization’s business processes
Experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
Ability to work collaboratively with personnel at all levels of the customer organization to deliver results; strong networking, interpersonal, and customer service skills are key
Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with persons working across a broad array of National Security and DoW organizations

Responsibilities

Serve as the contractor’s single contract manager and authorized interface with the client on large or complex information technology programs.
Perform program management and oversight to ensure successful program performance.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor and subcontractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Responsible for overall contract performance.
Support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division, which is responsible for identifying, collecting, developing, analyzing, managing, and disseminating historical, current, and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory, capabilities, and deployment data (including planning, programming, and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG).
Develop standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support.
Support AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses.
