Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of relevant work experience in the DoW at OSD or Joint Staff level, project/program management, technology development or systems engineering
  • Excellent organizations skills; ability to plan, track, and maintain due dates for multiple projects and products central to the organization’s business processes
  • Experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with personnel at all levels of the customer organization to deliver results; strong networking, interpersonal, and customer service skills are key
  • Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships with persons working across a broad array of National Security and DoW organizations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the contractor’s single contract manager and authorized interface with the client on large or complex information technology programs.
  • Perform program management and oversight to ensure successful program performance.
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor and subcontractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
  • Responsible for overall contract performance.
  • Support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division, which is responsible for identifying, collecting, developing, analyzing, managing, and disseminating historical, current, and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory, capabilities, and deployment data (including planning, programming, and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG).
  • Develop standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support.
  • Support AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses.
