About The Position
We are looking for a full-time Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the clients of HOPE Village, providing transportation as needed, leading devotional sessions and Bible studies, and helping guide, inspire, and support the women as they have a fresh start.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to provide daily transportation.
- Proficiency in email communication.
- Experience with spreadsheet management.
- Ability to lead devotional sessions and Bible studies.
- Experience in guiding, inspiring, and supporting individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily transportation for clients.
- Conduct daily unit inspections.
- Oversee weekly/monthly community service hours/opportunities.
- Provide daily encouragement and support to clients.
- Send daily shift reports via email.
- Send weekly transportation emails.
- Maintain weekly schedule spreadsheets.
- Lead devotions and Bible studies.
