About The Position

The Program Manager will oversee programs of similar size and complexity, managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks (e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)). This role requires five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent and sustained leadership, and five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Cloud: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud provider certification
  • Cybersecurity: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Fifteen (15) years of IT experience
  • At least ten (10) years in a program management role overseeing programs of similar size and complexity.
  • Experience managing programs with an annual budget of at least $2.5 Million and a team of 15-20 personnel operating under stringent federal security compliance frameworks [e.g., DoW Risk Management Framework (RMF), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)].
  • Required five (5) consecutive years of experience demonstrating recent (within the last year) and sustained leadership.
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing digital transformation or business process automation programs, with a proven track record of transitioning manual processes to automated solutions.
  • Experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
