About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope. They develop detailed implementation plans, including internal, client, and third-party resourcing. The role involves managing and coordinating with these resources to ensure successful, on-time, and quality implementations. Responsibilities include generating weekly status reports, holding status meetings with clients and project teams, and scheduling/leading steering committee meetings with C-level client decision-makers and senior management. The Program Manager serves as a trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and a smooth transition to the steady-state servicing team. They also manage and report on implementation budgets and are expected to identify, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements. Additionally, this role leads the transition from the Sales team to the Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation. The Program Manager must be able to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight and act as a bridge between various business stakeholders, including Client Servicing, Sales, and Development teams.

Requirements

  • Expert technical proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Monday.com, and Salesforce; ability to explore, trial, and recommend new tools and technologies as business needs arise.
  • Strong background in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Insurance, and FinTech.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects within a matrix reporting environment.
  • Solid knowledge of investment accounting and reporting practices.
  • Product expertise in Private Investments, RNFs, LIHTC, and IRR calculations.
  • In-depth understanding of LP/GP relationships in private markets.
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s and/or master's in finance or accounting.
  • 7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
  • Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Securities or financial markets experience.
  • Experience of managing a team essential (7-15 people).

  • PMP/CPA/CFA is an added advantage.
