The Program Manager is responsible for identifying and finalizing project/implementation scope. They develop detailed implementation plans including internal, client, and third-party resourcing. The role involves managing and coordinating with internal, client, and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on-time, quality implementation per plan. The Program Manager generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with the client and project team, and schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management. They serve as a trusted relationship manager, ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team. The role also manages and reports on the budget for implementations and possesses the ability to seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements within the project timeline and for future projects. Additionally, the Program Manager leads the transition from the Sales team to the Global Delivery team pre-project kick-off and from Global Delivery to Client Services upon implementation. They act as a bridge between various business stakeholders including the Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team, and have the ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
