About The Position

The ideal candidate brings proven experience working within structured project governance frameworks, applies strong critical thinking and communication skills, and has familiarity with rail infrastructure assets and asset lifecycle management. This is a highly collaborative role, working across delivery, technology, and operational teams to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes. The Infrastructure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) workstream requires a dedicated MSA staff augmentation resource with capabilities in EAM business transformation and project management, specifically with experience supporting infrastructure asset programs. This role is essential to maintain delivery momentum, reduce operational risk, and ensure successful execution of ongoing and upcoming initiatives with the Infrastructure EAM workstream. This role is critical to help reduce project costs and operational risks while increasing productivity by providing backfill of a knowledgeable resource during heavy demand project execution phases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
Experience working within formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-gate)
Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with rail infrastructure/linear assets
Experience with enterprise work management systems such as Maximo
Familiarity with reliability, condition-based maintenance, or performance analytics
Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
