About The Position

This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe. HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to work on site at MacDill AFB.

Requirements

  • 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience.
  • 6 or more years of managerial experience within the Department of War (DoW) or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Experience supporting special operations or intelligence disciplines, or significant knowledge of special operations missions.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience managing USSOCOM or other SOF enterprise contracts.
  • Background in leading geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience producing detailed contract deliverables and reports for senior Government stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence operations, support requirements, and multi discipline mission integration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of contract management for a large USSOCOM program.
  • Manage intelligence and operational support activities across multiple intelligence disciplines, functional areas, and geographically dispersed customers.
  • Produce contract deliverables on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc basis, including responses to RFIs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR
  • Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and contract compliance across all task areas.
