About The Position

LLE Education Group is in search of a dedicated Program Manager. Our Program Managers are responsible to lead a combination of preschool and school-age program that is child-centered and family friendly. This position requires a high-level of administrative skill and leadership capabilities to ensure program quality is maintained.

Requirements

AA/AS in Early Childhood Education required, BS/BA preferred.
Minimum of 45 credits in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a preschool and/or school age environment.
Ability to travel locally with some evening and weekend hours.
Excellent verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to communicate to a wide-ranging audience.
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
At least two (2) years' of experience as a classroom teacher or childcare provider

Displays socially appropriate, adaptability and professional maturity under pressure.
Possesses an advanced ability to provide overall supervision and guidance of staff.
Becomes a resource and role model to staff regarding curriculum, behavior, classroom management techniques, etc.
Communicates professionally with staff, families and children.
Conducts daily program observations and assessments.
Assists with classroom coverage as needed.
Abilities to collaborate and communicate effectively with Center leadership.
Attends trainings, workshops, and/or college courses as identified in their individual training plan. This plan will be developed by the Center Director in consultation with the Program Manager and possibly the Educational Specialist.
