Requirements
- Proven experience in program management or a related project leadership role
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end program management across multiple concurrent projects
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve program roadblocks proactively
- Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership
- Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in program management
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team alignment throughout the program lifecycle
