The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking one (1) qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Program Manager within the Office of Mental Health (OMH) Office of Advocacy and Peer Support Services (OAPSS) to support the statewide implementation and management of Intensive and Sustained Engagement Teams (INSET) programs. The INSET Program Manager will be responsible for the oversight of and support for INSET activities as they relate to program monitoring and evaluation, continuous quality improvement, and ensuring the understanding of and fidelity to INSET guidance and best practices. The incumbent will report to the Associate Implementation Director and work closely with the INSET Program Assistant. In collaboration with the Program Assistant, the Program Manager will be responsible for conducting regular check-ins to provide individualized support and navigate challenges with each INSET team. The Program Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and presenting INSET data to internal and external partners. This position requires a highly organized, forward-thinking individual with a strong attention to detail; excellent administrative and communication skills; and a familiarity with data analysis and visualization. The individual in this position should be able to relate well to diverse groups of people and be able to work both independently and as a part of a team. The position requires subject matter expertise in the field of Peer Support, particularly in the public mental health system. The incumbent must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and PowerPoint, and ideally would have knowledge of Qualtrics and other survey tools.
